One of the important facilities FAS has provided is its unique mini lounge which can meet all crew requirements. Within few hours, crew can have a comfortable and soothing stay enjoying their complimentary soft drink. They can also have internet access to send and receive email, or to browse weather and NOTAM websites. They can make their phone calls and send/receive faxes. All these facilities are located al aircraft parking area at parking (A11).

None the less, FAS ramp car will be at crew disposal to use anytime, and to ensure quick response to crew requests.

During the last few years FAS staff have been tracking any inconvenience which used to face any flight and to find solution to dissolve it until we reached this moment of total professional services.
