Supervision and Execution villa of MR.Naser Tello
This villa is built on a lot 3250 m2 in area on a sloping land 8m Difference in elevation.
A rettaining wall was built downhill 6 meters high. The lot is only slightly sloping after filling. The villa is 360 m2 in area, with open living and dining area in the ground floor, one guest bedroom, one guest bathroom and kitchen. three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located in the first floor, and one children playroom in the attic including water tanks.
Downhill and to the West a swimming pool was built, with a shower room & machine room to the south of the lot.
